Shortly after Love's last store opening of 2015, Union City, Oklahoma, officially welcomed Love’s 654 with a ribbon cutting  on Thursday, Dec. 17. Members of the community, the police department and the Union City mayor were excited to attend the grand opening ceremony.

Love’s 654 General Manager Brian Cox and Love's District Manager Dan West greeted guests and described their appreciation for joining the community. Everyone was pleased to learn about Love’s family-friendly culture, product offerings, job opportunities and more.

Union City Mayor Elaine McCollum provided cake, cookies and juice for the ribbon cutting guests. Many guests quickly became loyal Love’s Customers, too, as they experienced the wonderful “Clean Places, Friendly Faces” Love's offer.

The Love’s 654 team was also delighted to donate $2,000 to Union City's first “Shop with a Cop” program, which took place on Friday, Dec. 18. The donation provided resources for multiple families and children to shop for holiday gifts, meals and more.

"This was a tremendous community event, and a true blessing for everyone involved," Union City Police Chief Richard Stephens said about the "Shop with a Cop" program.
