Baird, Texas, coined the ‘Antique Capital of West Texas and known for its railroad history, is excited the fresh, new Love’s Travel Stop is open for business. Hometown locals, interstate travelers and professional drivers can utilize fuel pumps, snacks and much more.

It’s hard to miss Love’s 610 directly off Interstate 20. Friends, family, members of the Baird Chamber of Commerce and the local community alike found the bright yellow travel stop for the grand opening.

With each new Love’s location, we delight in the fact that we become part of the community. One way Love’s gives back to the community is each new location makes a donation to a local nonprofit.

Prior to the grand opening ceremony, Love’s 610 donated $750 to support the 2015 Baird Railhead Festival, which was held May 16, 2015. The events included a parade, live music, street dance and more. Love’s 610 presented a $1,250 donation check to Baird Baseball, Inc., at the ribbon cutting ceremony. This donation will help maintain the community’s youth baseball fields.
