Special week in Texas starts with autograph session at Love's 380 in Rhome

It's always great to come to Texas Motor Speedway, only three hours from the Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores corporate offices in Oklahoma City. Front Row Motorsports driver David Gilliland spent some time with fans on Friday and then made some nice adjustments in Sunday's running of the AAA Texas 500 race.

"It was a challenge all day. We definitely got our Love's Travel Stops Ford better," said Gilliland, who started the day 41st and finished 29th.

Jimmie Johnson edged Brad Keselowski for the trip to Victory Lane.

Gilliland said crew chief Donnie Wingo made solid adjustments throughout the race.

"We started out behind with not having practice Saturday, although everybody was in that same boat," he added.

The weekend started on Friday with a trip to Love's 380 in Rhome, Texas, where Gilly met with racing fans at our store there and signed autographs, too!

Gilliland has one more race in Love's Yellow for 2015 and it happens November 15 at Phoenix International Raceway in the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500.
